Chicken breast has a reputation for being dry and boring. Bacon fixes both problems. The bacon stays crispy. The chicken stays juicy. A little brown sugar glaze takes it over the top. Dinner just got a promotion.

1

Preheat & Prep

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil. Place a wire rack on top.

Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

2

Season

Mix paprika, garlic powder, pepper, and salt. Rub all over chicken.

3

Wrap with Bacon

Wrap 2-3 slices of bacon around each chicken breast, slightly overlapping. Tuck ends underneath.

4

Glaze (Optional)

Mix brown sugar and mustard. Brush over bacon-wrapped chicken.

5

Bake

Place chicken on wire rack. Bake 25-30 minutes until bacon is crispy and chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internal.

For extra crispy bacon, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end (watch closely).

6

Rest & Serve

Rest 5 minutes before serving. Juicy. Smoky. Ridiculous.

Storage Notes

Fridge: 4 days. Reheat: Oven or air fryer at 375°F for 10 minutes (keeps bacon crispy). Microwave will ruin the bacon texture. Leftovers also great sliced over salads.
