Sauce lovers, move aside. These wings are dry-rubbed, crispy-crusted, and absolutely loaded with buttery garlic and salty parmesan. No sticky fingers. Just pure, crunchy, savory bliss.

Baked, not fried. Still dangerous.

1

Prep

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.

Pat wings completely dry. Toss with baking powder and salt.

2

Bake

Arrange wings on rack. Bake 40-45 minutes until golden and super crispy.

3

Make Garlic Butter

While wings bake, melt butter in a small pan. Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.

4

Toss & Serve

Toss hot wings in garlic butter. Then toss in parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.

Serve immediately. Extra parmesan on top? Always.
