Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on one side of the first slice of toast. Top with 2 to 3 slices of turkey, 2 slices of bacon, 1 lettuce leaf, and 1 slice of tomato. Season the tomato with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place the second slice of toast on top, mayonnaise-side up.

On the second slice of toast, add the remaining turkey, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Season again with salt and pepper. Spread the remaining mayonnaise on one side of the third slice of toast and place it on top, mayonnaise-side down.

Insert 4 toothpicks into the sandwich to hold the layers together. Using a serrated knife, carefully cut the sandwich diagonally into 4 triangles (or cut into halves or quarters).
